20220214: JH Stout surface crusts formed in the 1st half of Feb from sun, warm temps, and in some locations light rain. Buried on the 13th by a weak storm that brought up to .5″ SWE and a trace to 8″ of snow. To be determined how well the overlying snow bonds, if it remains dry, and if associated facets form.
