Signs of Unstable Snow

None reported

Observations

Stable snow conditions throughout the day despite a dramatic warming trend that went from -1C at 8am at TH to 6C by 11:30am on the final push to the summit.
SE winds above tree line went from MGS to SGS+ around 11:30am.
We observed about 2cm of light snow on top of the 2cm mostly supportable rain crust with 10-20cm of softer snow below the crust at most elevations.
Clear signs of SE winds included textured snow surface in the gully between Dirty Box and Mailbox, and medium to small wind drifts along the main EW ridge that makes the primary climbers route to the summit.
