Observations
Melt Freeze crust formed overnight in some areas up wa pass with 8" of storm snow overtop. Snow below this crust is cold/ lower density from Wednesday night and Thursday. This was observed at 4000' near cutthroat. Further East and lower elevation from Silverstar to Mazama no crust was observed, but storm snow was upside down.
