Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Very poor visibility changed the plan so we ended up staying mostly on alta vista. Very powdery snow and text book snow flakes (see pictures). Did not dig a pit

Snow:
The top 15 - 24" of snow was light, fluffy, and powdery, great for skiing.

Weather
Very very cold with highs around 15.
Little to no wind.
Poor vis (max 1/4 mile).
