Comments:
Large Cornice knocked off by skier or their dog. The dog was reportedly caught and partially buried but escaped. Large blocks slid ~30 ft downslope with additional sluff going another 30-50 ft downslope. The cornice blocks exposed slab on the slope where it slid.

Observations

Snowpack was otherwise stable. There was a resistive / crust layer at 190 cm depth (tested mid slope at 5500 ft.
