Many (15+) small storms slabs that seem to have run naturally last night in the storm.
None reported
150-160cm of total snow in lower Pineapple Basin. 15cm of new snow on top of yesterday’s crust/ice pellet sandwich. Easy to moderate results down 30-40cm; this seemed to be the layer all of the natural avalanches had failed on. No visible wind effect. I avoided slopes over 35 degrees and large terrain features.
