My buddy and I traveled up a little secret location off of alpental road to snowboard some fun cliffs and pillows. On our way up we saw some signs of instability that cause some concern. My buddy knocked off a little slab of snow which slid for about 50 vertical feet on a northeast slope. Along the way we also saw some fractures which seemed to be pretty new. Other than that we had a great/safe day riding all the fresh news snow!
