Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Mount Defiance, Granite Mountain, McClellan Butte, etc were snow free even though they had a 1'~2' the week before up high.

Other lower areas around the pass, e.g., Guye Peak, Hemlock Peak, Kendall Peak, Rampart Ridge, seemed largely snow free with only higher mountains and mountains away from the north side of the pass (Snoqualmie, Kaleetan, Chikamin, etc) holding on to appreciable snowpack. Did not look south too much when driving.
