Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Very little snowpack until approximately 6.5k' (<=3"), then ran into pockets of wind transported storm snow above that up to the summit (deepest seemed like 6" in wind sheltered areas). Perfect for booting without gaiters. Much of the snow below 4k' melted by the time my partners and I got back to the car around 15:30.
