Wet loose , opening glide cracks, softening thinning snow bridges, bergschrund under Roman headwall opening up significantly. Rain-affected snow softened up significantly by 11 am.

Bulletproof rain affected snow on western aspects. Eastern aspects saw significant warming before noon. Mushy snow overall below 4000'. Snowbridges over crevasses were still supportable with no real concern. Beware the schrund- it is Opening up. Snomo ruts on road are plentiful. Snowline on road as of Thursday was at the start of the 2nd switchback on the road. Start early if you can
