Roller ball initiated D1 wet loose avalanche. I intentionally triggered 1 then witnessed a natural that was triggered in the same manner.

None reported

Observations

Morning was breakable rain crust @ 4500’ until we gained 600’ to find colder snow. It was hot pow at 5800’ and it skied great. Wind really died down as the morning ended and more sun than expected. Natural wet loose avalanches witnessed on steepest slopes below cliffs.
