Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Toured up to 1500m and skied NW, SW and SE faces. Crusty, punchy, and firm surfaces in the morning had mostly softened by the afternoon. Lots of avalanche debris seen from source lake, towards, Roosevelt, and cliffs by Snow lake. Large cornices perched on many ridge lines. Started sprinkling when we got to the the car at 3.
