Came down a steep aspect in the skibowl Outback amongst the trees and triggers a soft slab avalanche.

Observations

Traveling in the skibowl outback at the Cliff band closest to the resort at 4200ft. Steep (greater than 40 degrees) NE aspect slope that was in trees but likely a rocky terrain underneath snowpack. Dropped in and triggered a D1 avalanche about 10 ft wide and about 3ft deep.
