Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Low winds, sunshine rolled in and out throughout the day.

Snow was dry and loose from the start of tour at the source lake trailhead. Travelled up through the trees and the snow maintained it's looseness throughout. Despite the powder, everything was quite stable. Had minimal sluffing on the way down.

Quick hand pit also confirmed density, glove went right through the snow.
