Comments:
Natural release above road cut on ESE Partially overran road below hairpin. Start zone about 40’ wide, length 150’ before hitting road. Entrained storm snow from Thursday/Friday.

Observations

ECTX on west aspect at 6500’. Recent snow totals were around 60cm above 1F, 2 cm layer from earlier in the week. Small unreactive wind slabs found near ridge tops. Winds calm, with moderate gusts along ridge tops. Strong solar radiation during AM hours, before skies became obscured, and then clear again. Warming temps by early afternoon left surface snow wet at BTL and NTL locations.
