Observations

Started with hand pits on the way up and noticed some shearing so we dug a pit at 6050’ East aspect, 30 degree slope,
and observed propagation in a test at 25cm ECTP12, and our compression test yielded CTE4 @25cm, and CTH21 @35cm. It was a rather shallow pit to test the hand pit failures we found earlier. The block that sheared couldn’t be picked up, too soft. The skiing didn’t yield any cracking or failures on 3 runs in the same area. Turned out to be great skiing luckily. Saw some Diamond dust on the surface end of day around 3pm.
