Observations

Mid-afternoon to evening ski tour. 8-12” deep low density snow in mostly sheltered terrain. Wind loading easterly aspects. Couple small soft releases (one intentional by my ski, another by tree bomb). Large concerning cornice directly above a skin track. No avys, cracking or whumping noticed (though did make sure to retrace skin track for final exiting descent after hearing multiple MHM avy mitigation measures).
