Comments:
Wind slab released on n facing convex slope at 40 degrees. Crown was only 6 inches deep but propagated about 150 feet. Ran fast and full. Skier went for about a 400 foot ride. Fully buried except for head and one hand. Quickly rescued with left calf injury

Day had a fair bit of wind and snow was textured and wind affected and variable as part approached Coleman pinnacle. Sought better snow in Kootney trees and quickly found wind slab
