100x 30 ft size, maybe 1 ft slab, north side of foundation ridge “blue slide” near Darland Mountain.

Observations

While riding snowmobiles on foundation ride/ blue slide a safe distance upslope from a decent sized cornice we we triggered a relatively small avalanche that had potential to get larger. This was a wind loaded north facing aspect and the slab was all dry loose or soft snow.
