Observations
Our group dug a series of snow pits on various aspects. Sky condition was snowy/overcast at elevation ~4700 with calm winds and air temp in the high 20s. In our snow pits (dug to ground) we found a resistant plane (CTE at 4/10 taps) at ~18 cm and a planar fracture at ~57cm.
