Observations

We didn't see amy avalanche or avalanche debris. However it was a clear and warm day. Around 1 pm we were close to the saddle coming down from the peak from north to sound and we heard what sounded like a jetliner that suddenly became quiet. 10 minutes later or so we heard VERY loud activity. I think I even noticed the sound of breaking timber. We froze for half a minute or so, but didn't see where it happened.

We saw lots of big cracks on our way up that ran to the ground, suggesting possible glide activity danger.
