Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

While skiing near Table Mtn and Artists Point observed this very large lighter patch of snow which appears to be the remains of a big avalanche starting just below the Park Glacier headwall and extending down to about 7,000’. This is a zoomed-in detail of a wider photo. The aspect of this slope would be NE.
