Signs of Unstable Snow

None reported

Observations

On the plowed section of Hwy 20 above the Cutthroat Lake turnout, several of the Cutthroat Ridge gullies had recently slid. Most were E-facing, with significant solar effect and melt water percolating down through the snowpack. A couple of the slides went all the way to ground level, carrying significant rock/dirt/trees debris with the snow.
