Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Did a clockwise circumnavigation of table mountain leaving the car at 9am. Went on runs from Ptarmigan Ridge and Kootenay trees along the way. The southside of table had some recent avy debris and we wanted to avoid returning that way as it got warmer. Good deeper powder on N/NW aspects (Kootenay trees was stellar). Otherwise, corn and frozen corn depending on time/sun exposure/aspect. Approaching herman saddle there were some brief sections that were quite sun affected, but witnessed no roller balls or slides. Saw no slide activity or roller balls throughout the day. Made it back to the car by 5pm.
