Headed up BB trail with intention of going to platinum and down to cement. After reaching the basin we started north toward East peak. Pretty quickly we did not like the skin up on the south facing slope. ABout 7cm of heavy unbonded snow on top of crust. Not only was the track easily sliding out, the slabs getting pushed out seemed to be getting larger. With that, we transitioned and headed back to basin for a plan B. Headed south to Bullion Peak. 8-10cm of light snow on North and West aspects that was stable on the more forgiving crust on the way up and down (pretty scoured west facing near peak for first 50 feet down...then cold smoke). Got some nice laps in the west facing bowl/chutes along ridge and off the peak. Descending through 5K on return the snow was significantly warmer and heavy....nearly threw me over the front of the board in the last 20ft down to the lot. F
