Toured up the south side of Mt. Snoqualmie this morning. Variable conditions from top to bottom with wind-scoured surfaces down to old crusts and frozen tree bombs in elevated and more exposed terrain. Wind-loaded and sheltered terrain varied from 10-30cm of mostly low-density snow. The snow was generally not well bonded and slightly upside down with a fair amount of graupel mixed in with the storm snow.
