Comments:
Lots of small loose wet slides on north aspects below Castle and Pinnacle. Also lots of small slides at the base of Castle/Pinnacle summit blocks.

Observations

Warm day in the Tatoosh. Traveled from Narada Falls up to the saddle/ridgeline just east of Castle Peak. Lots of small loose wet slides in the area on north-facing slopes. Lots of small loose wet slides on the snow slopes below the summit blocks of Castle/Pinnacle. Skiing quality was reported as decreasing throughout the day. Snowshoeing quality was decent. Crust in places, which sometimes support and sometimes did not. Very wet snow surface. Minimal winds. Lots of tree bombs falling on the way down.
