Traveled through the saddle to Iceberg lake, skied down in a sun break. Dug a quick pit on the way up Herman and didn't find instability. About a foot of moist new snow atop crust at pit location, 5000'.
There was evidence of a slide in Iceberg bowl below the ice climb that was covered in at least 4" of new snow, hard to say how old. Skied across lake and down to 4000' through Lost World glades. Snow was moist except at the top of the run. Some creeks opening up.
Climbed up past Kootenay trees via Bonsai, returning through the Herman saddle and gulch. Still dry snow to E of Saddle. Sun didn't seem to get there. Moderate snow throughout the day. Snow seemed to be rapidly stabilizing overall.
Obvious cross loaded windslab on E face Herman.
