Observations

We dug a pit at the base of the main chute on the south side. We performed an extended column test and got a fracture with full propogation on the crust layer at 30 cm on the 23rd tap.

The snow was generally wet, heavy, and sticky. We also saw fresh roller balls near the south chute. These rollerballs were especially concerning given the multiple crust layers that we found when digging a pit.
