Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Wind loading and recent, large cornices on easterly aspects. Poor bond between storm snow 2/22-2/23 and wet grains from 2/20-2/21. Rain crust 7-10cm and poorly bonded. Numerous slides to SS-N-R2-D2-S to WL-N-R2-D2-S below rain line from recent storm. Much of the debris filled back in by post-frontal snow showers/wind. HST >100cm over rain line/wet grains in some BTL locales.
