On our approach toward Kangaroo Pass/Hidden Lake we crossed this slide path at approx. 6200ft. Less than 30min later, we noticed that a small avalanche had occurred, likely beginning in the hanging snow slopes on the cliffs above and continuing down this gulley feature. Slide was approx. 200ft wide, and ran for at least 600ft. Depth appeared relatively shallow, no more than knee deep.

Winds increased throughout the day, and we expected to see another small natural avalanche or two, but did not see any more.
