Comments:
Triggered remotely while skiing above on a ridgeline and at least 50m away. SS-ASr-R2-D2. Crown estimated at around 100m wide, 40-60cm deep and wrapped around the corner to a slight aspect change. SSW to S aspects.

Observations

Skied low angle trees NTL and BTL all day and had several notable collapses. One large one occurred while a group of 4 was transitioning. ESE aspect at 4,900ft. Warm air mixing ATL by mid-day but cold and snowing S2-S3 at the road (2800') by 1600.
