Observations

We skied to the ridgeline of the upper kendall trees and then went up from there to about 5000'. transitioned here and started to move left and the top 20cm just slid out. moved further left and it happened again along with a small shooting crack. at this point we decided it was best to ski the slope that had just slid rather than continuing to cut the slope knowing it would slide. the slope that had slid skied very nicely.

there were a bunch of these small slides that we initiated after the first one. they were all the same depth on a slope of 35-40 deg.
