Observations

A natural storm slab released above and then ran into the trees where some today were starting their Kendall tree runs. Relatively harmless at that point but easily would bury just a little ways above. Didn't see it release but was there just minutes afterward. No sign of skier trigger and no beacon detected. Prior we decided safe to start just south of here between the logical avy paths but near the last of the trees in mellow terrain where the size avalanche from the above terrain would lose energy.
