Light to moderate winds having larger impacts than normal due to low density snow. First image shows wind waves on Snow Lake. Second image shows wind transport and wind sculpting on start of common ramp from Snow Lake Divide high point to lower saddle. Divide had cornices and wind scoops throughout the ridge making for challenging travel. I have not seen it like this even with much stronger winds so a clear sign of how easy our familiar landscape can change with this low density storm snow.
Ski pen ranged from 0cm on Divide to 55cm on sheltered NW aspects.
Saw some natural storm slabs (all D1) on steeper convexities. BTL under 30 degrees remains the place to be.
