Observations

We performed a compression test that resulted in CTE 6 at 43cm down with SP fracture characteristics. We had multiple CTE and CTM results at this interface. There was not much propensity for propagation. We also found ECTN 6 at 43cm. We found limited fragments of surface hoar within this interface leading us to believe that this weak interface could be the surface hoar from 2/11.
