Observations

Toured from 4000' to 5150' on the SSW side of the mountain along Glade Trail. Avoided terrain greater than 30 degrees and above treeline. Experienced calm winds in the trees, with occasional moderate winds where the trees thinned, In areas where the trees thinned there were small wind drifts. Snowed lightly throughout the afternoon (1pm - 4:30pm), and there was about 3-4" of new snow thus far from the storm. The riding was pretty awesome! I was worried it may be dust on crust, but there is enough new snow for some enjoyable turns.

Dug a pit at 5167' on a S aspect with CTN results.
