Very wide, deep crown on Sixty Six Hundred Ridge in the upper Icicle. East facing, at... 6,600ft!
The crowns were spanning the entire feature that I could see, roughly 500m wide.

Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

I found that the amount of new snow at road elevation increases substantially as one travels towards the crest, from 5cm at Bridge Crk to over 45cm at the Rock Island Bridge.
