Observations

on southwest aspect of Tronsor Ridge dug pit 55cm deep hit the ground. Noticed 6-10cm crust about 35cm down which displayed faceting turning to rounds. The same crust on the north aspect of Tronsor head displayed more faceting as it has not seen as much sun/ rise in temperature. Did not have any reactivity with a "deep tap test" but did break on this level with a shovel shear test.
