Observations

We dug 3x pits on a W facing slope on Austin Pass. In those pits we got several CTE SDN on various layers in the storm snow. Shovel tilt tests have clean planar results in top 30cms of the storm snow. We had 3x ECTN in the 3-7 range.

Of note was a PST on a 4f layer of facets mixed in with rounds below the 12/24 crust, which was 70cm down in our pits. We got PST 65/100 END on that layer. Image attached.

Visibility was quite low so we did not get a look at any crown lines.
