Signs of Unstable Snow

Did you see shooting cracks?
Yes, Isolated
Did you experience collapsing or whumpfing?
Yes, Isolated

Observations

We covered all aspects today and despite the amount of activity in the area the day before, the only red flags we encountered was some isolated whumpfing and shooting cracks in the bottom of cement basin.
No sign of natural avalanches, various hand pits produced nothing remarkable but there appeared to be signs of sugary snow above the 1/13 crust.

Light to moderate winds below the ridges and moderate winds gusting strong on the ridges. Best skiing was on E and N slopes.
