Noticed a relatively large wet loose slide at the bottom of the canyon. Looks to have occurred a while ago. It stopped short of the main bowl where most people ski just beyond the glades.

Observations

Riding Conditions: 4-5" of light dry powder on top of variable (icy) hard pack snow. A good day to have sharp edges. Setting a new skin track was next to impossible, but luckily existing tracks were still visible and made accents manageable. Some decent size cornices developing on the ridge just past the glades, but no noticeable signs of wind loading from the new snow that fell overnight.

Weather: Partly sunny from 9:00-11:00am, then clouds started to roll in bringing light snowfall. By 2pm there was some accumulation building (no more than 2"). Light wind maybe 5-15mph.
