Observations
We had a compression test fail on isolation down 25cm (CTV down 25cm). It failed 2 crusts down. This same layer failed on a ECT but did not propagate (ECTN #16, failed down 25cm). We saw this same result on Saturday on a W aspect near Grandmas house (down 28cm this time).
