Observations

Traveled on primarily south aspects from 3800-5800.
In the trees there was a few inches of low density snow on a variable crust and most clearings had significant surface hoar. When we left the TH the temp was 10F at 10am. Exiting the trees around 11:30 the sun was softening the surface snow as well as the boot supportable crust into quality ski conditions. Calm winds, Just enough warming to soften to good ski conditions with no sign of roller balls or wet loose activity. As expected widespread debris from the last cycle but not as widespread as other zones.
