Comments:
Hard to size from a distance. Skier triggered on fairly high angle open slope above tree line . Snow was cold and dry, minor sloughing experienced all over the zone.

Observed from a distance a skier triggered dry loose avalanche off Foss peak. The slide knocked the skier over and looked like they were partially buried for a moment but able to self extract and continue to ski down slope. We met the skier later in the day and they were not injured.
