Observations

Found 6-10" light snow above the crust, ripe for the scraping. Some very soft wind slabs had formed on the SE side of the Welldigger's Ass ridge among the dead trees, but no shooting cracks and no hard slab was encountered. Nothing wind-scoured to the crust. Observed active moderate W-ish wind transporting snow.

We stuck to NW side of ridge to avoid any wind loaded slopes and nothing we skiied on the NW side looked wind-affected at all. It snowed fairly steadily all day, some graupel seen in the morning, snow tapering off to nothing by around 3pm.
