Observations outside of SPMR boundary:
Average 8cm new snow in past 24hrs with 20-30cm on the Dec 9th crust. Below 4,000ft the surface was moist at noon w more warming later in the day.

Test indicates the potential for propagation on Dec 11th facets.
Surface hoar wasn't notable at this location
