Observations
Toured to the top of Mt Margaret. Cold blue bird day with a couple of inches of fresh snow on relatively strong crust - breakable in some areas. Few more inches above 4000ft. No signs of avalanches observed, but noticed wide spread surface hoars on the more open areas.
