Signs of Unstable Snow

Observations

Toured around Table Mountain from Heather Meadows. We were in and out of the clouds all day, winds were calm to light, precipitation was light to none. Crust was observable in the upper snowpack on all aspects and was buried deeper (15-30 cm) on N to E facing slopes. We did not observe any windslab activity stayed neared tree line and had poor visibility. By 1300 snow surface was wet on S aspects.
