Went for a tour in the Nason Ridge area to see what the new snow will be falling on. Weather wise, skies were clear and winds were calm. It stayed cold above 4000 ft. Snowpack wise, I did observe Surface Hoar in specific locations at BTL and NTL elevations that had exposure to the clear sky last night. On east aspects I did observe signs of wind loaded snow that appeared stubborn. HS in this area was approximately 55cm. Otherwise I found good stability.
